Today I'm speaking at the Linux Users of Victoria Mini-conference, being held in conjunction with its second Ballarat install fest. The talk introduces the Open Document Format in the context of digital preservation and archiving electronic documents.

go through at airports, but his point is straight out of the experience economy.
We must go beyond 'serving' our customers. We need to satisfy them, and sometimes this means going beyond their expectations to leave a lasting impression. Increasing the value they experience is part of this.
