This torrent contains a disc image with a selection of free and open source software for Intel based macs, much like TheOpenDisc for PC.If you have a PowerPC based machine, you can find PPC versions of most of this software via the download links on the OpenSourceMac website.
Amongst the offerings are Mozilla Firefox 3, Mozilla Thunderbird, Miro, Adium, Quicksilver, MacLibre, Vienna, Transmission, Q Emulator, VLC, Perian, Senuti, Handbrake, Vidalia, NeoOffice, Abiword, Audacity, Seashore, Gimp, Inkscape, Scribus and Cyberduck.
I created it so that during Software Freedom Day - next month - we can also hand out discs to mac users. The mac disc is based on work done by the people at OpenSourceMac.
